Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global People Team and help execute our hiring strategy. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple functions (Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and G&A).
This position does not involve direct people management — instead, it requires a strong individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Your responsibilities:
Recruiting Strategy & Execution
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies to attract diverse, top-tier candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Botify’s culture and values to prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with Marketing/People teams on employer branding initiatives, campaigns, and events.
Stakeholder Management & Process Optimization
- Advise hiring managers and interviewers on best practices, market insights, and data-driven decisions.
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and data privacy regulations across all regions.
Your qualification:
- Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth company environment.
- Expertise: Proven success filling roles across multiple business units, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing abilities (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and reporting tools.
- Mindset: Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, prioritizing competing demands, and driving results.
- Bonus Points: Experience with international recruiting (e.g., US + EMEA), DEI hiring initiatives, or employer branding campaigns; or if you have used TeamTailor, our current ATS system!
Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000, based on experience.
