Role Overview
We are seeking a curious and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for experimentation and innovation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on finding creative ways to cut through the noise and meaningfully engage audiences.
You'll report directly to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, with whom you’ll work closely to help scale and set new standards for digital marketing at Botify. As part of our nimble team of ambitious marketers, you'll have a definitive impact from day one. This is a unique opportunity to develop your marketing skills through hands-on experience with both foundational and advanced digital marketing techniques, exposure to industry-leading SEO expertise, and opportunities to propose and implement your own innovative ideas.
As an ideal candidate, you're detail-oriented, naturally inquisitive, proactive, and constantly seeking to learn and grow. You'll bring strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimize our marketing channels while supporting initiatives across the marketing team. This is a full-time role, preferably based in New York City.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid media channels.
- Develop and launch email nurturing programs to maintain relationships with prospective clients and improve deals' velocity.
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct testing and optimizations across web pages, email, social media, and other channels, and track results.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to improve CRM database health.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and remove friction points in the conversion funnel.
- Support pipeline generation initiatives and own KPIs, including conversion rates, database engagement, contact creation, and social media performance.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff, lead quality, conversion, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to learn SEO and apply it to Botify’s website.\
Your qualification:
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing/tech experience or equivalent education with demonstrated results (recent graduates welcome).
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and marketing approaches.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment
- Outstanding attention to detail, you make it a priority to ensure no typos or errors are found in your work.
- Data-oriented thinking – you see opportunities for optimization everywhere.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Growth mindset – you actively seek feedback and continuously improve.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Webflow, and LinkedIn is a plus.
Salary:
Up to $75,000 per year.
